I’m Nora Gaskin, a liaison librarian at Mills Memorial Library (humanities and social sciences) at McMaster University.
What motivates me as a teacher and communicator is user-centred design. My main preoccupations these days are: developing the Endeca-driven front end to our library catalogue; liaising with our Sociology, Music and Theatre & Film departments, and engaging with students in teachable moments wherever and whenever they occur.
